About the event
The Third House Nature Center will present a Beginning Birdwatchers program on Friday October 12 at 7:00 in Third House at Suffolk County’s Montauk Park.
The basics of bird identification, choosing the right optics and field guides and where to look for birds here on the East End of Long Island will be discussed.
Anyone interested in learning more about how to begin bird watching, and those already interested, are welcome to attend. All ages are invited and the evening’s activity is free.
